The resumption of the third term in Cameroon has been officially postponed to Monday, April 27, 2026, following an announcement by the Minister of Secondary Education, Nalova Lyonga. According to the ministry, the decision was taken to accommodate the national finals of the FENASSCO League A Games, scheduled from April 19 to April 26, 2026, in the cities of Bafoussam and Bangangté. School authorities have therefore been advised to organize make-up classes to compensate for lost time and ensure the smooth continuation of the 2025–2026 academic year. This adjustment is significant for students, teachers, and parents, as it allows a balance between academic commitments and major national school sporting events.
